CHRISTMAS IS COMING!!

 Christmas is almost there and in English lessons (4º, 5º a 6º courses of primary) we have just started to know different things related to this festivity.

How are we doing it? Each day we log on in our Aula Virtual, we do different activities of our advent calendar and we also listen to a Christmas carol (different each day).

The day we don't have English lessons, pupils can do it at home by their own.

PASSPORTS (Project "Around the world")

 As you know, the whole school is doing a project called "La vuelta al mundo del Francisco de Vitoria" and in the English's subject we are working on it too.

The pupils of the second internivel have started with their passports to travel around the world and they have learnt the most important personal details that a passport needs to have.

RECOMENDACIONES LECTURA

THE FAMOUS INTERVIEW

 ¡¡¡Nuestro cole está lleno de famosos!!!

Sí, sí... ¡lo que oís! Y de periodistas con muchas ganas de saber acerca de la vida de estos famosos, ¡también!

Por ello, hemos creado en la asignatura de inglés de los cursos de 4º, 5º y 6º de Ed. Primaria la actividad "the famous interview". Al final de la clase, empleamos unos 10 minutos para entrevistar a algún compañero y conocerle un poco más, porque aunque llevemos mucho tiempo juntos... ¡nos estamos enterando de muchas cosas interesantes que no sabíamos de ellos!

Además, para evitar el miedo a participar por no saber qué preguntar o cómo comenzar la pregunta, en la pizarra digital proyectamos una "chuletilla" para que no nos quedemos en blanco.

Gracias a esta actividad fomentamos el speaking, empleamos las estructuras gramaticales que hemos aprendido en cursos pasados y añadimos las nuevas que van surgiendo y, sobre todo, ¡perdemos la vergüenza a hablar en público y en inglés!
